The sake we recommend is from Hakata Hyakunengura, the only sake brewery remaining in Hakata! The sake is brewed with care and dedication using the same method that has been used for 150 years: putting the mash into a sake bag and squeezing it out. By partnering with Hakata Hyakunengura, you can enjoy sake that you normally can't get anywhere else except at their direct sales store, as well as our original sake cocktails.
