Our recommended sake comes from Hakata Hyakunen-gura, the only remaining sake brewery in Hakata! Their commitment to sake brewing has remained unchanged for 150 years, continuing the traditional method of pressing the mash in sake bags using the "fune-shibori" method, and the sake is made with heartfelt care! We have partnered with Hakata Hyakunen-gura, so you can enjoy sake that is normally only available at their direct sales outlets, as well as our original sake cocktails♪
